Online gambling software provider Playtech plc has prevailed over energy giants BP and international technology Google to win the award for ‘Most Effective Agency Collaboration’ at the International Corporate Events (ICE) Awards 2016.
The 2016 award ceremony was held in central London at the Victoria & Albert Museum. Among the attendees, were professionals from some of the world’s leading brands. The event aims to recognise the success of in-house business planners.
In February this year, Playtech took an exceptional stand at the ICE Totally Gaming exhibition. The provider was recognised for its ‘Outstanding Event Production’, beating fellow competitors BP and Google.
Creating the Stand Project with 2Heads Agency
In July 2015, the company partnered with brand experience agency 2Heads to start working on the stand project. Its goal was to come up with an integrated, visually appealing and experimental customer journey around Playtech ONE Omni-channel solution and integrating this into every sphere of messaging and design.
The company’s Playtech ONE brand compresses everything that Playtech offers. The company also allows players to play any product on any device and across any channel to create the best customer experience for its e-commerce customers.
Playtech and 2Heads Collaborate Develop an Extensive Content Strategy
Together with 2Heads Agency, they artistically developed, storyboarded, scripted and created an extensive catalogue that accumulated about more than 40 minutes of content.
An enormous 900-metre space was created across two floors and contained the latest innovative technologies including:
- 92 video content screens
- 36-metre central screen
- Mobile and retail devices
According to SBC News UK, the judges said it was obviously clear who the winner was. Playtech’s entry constantly excelled on all criteria and the judging panel was taken with the quality and proof of ROI, as well as the clarity from the brief through to the presentation.
Commenting on the award, Playtech COO Shimon Akad, said the award is a recognition of all their hard work, from designing, developing, and creating a stand at the ICE Totally Gaming to effectively display their pioneering Playtech ONE offering.
