A gaming software provider, Playtech Retail, has begun the distribution of a new casino management system via Grosvenor Casinos in the United Kingdom. The new system known as Neon Casino Management System has been offered by the software provider, who recently installed Neon to all Genting Casinos in the UK.
After installing the new management system to each Genting Casino, Playtech is now focusing on installing the new innovative management system to each Grosvenor Casino in the UK. Once they have completed the installations, Playtech will have over 90% control of the UK casinos using the top management system.
The use of Neon Casino Management System by Casinos
Grosvenor Casinos will use the Neon system to track data and manage customer information. The Neon installation will see:
- Guest relations covered
- Responsible gaming aspects,
- Operations of the cash desk,
- Security and,
- Anti-money laundering.
A business intelligence platform, Neo Analytics, will be utilised, that comprises a set of custom dashboards. The dashboards are designed based on the needs of the office management teams and the venue. In relation to a retail casino system, the Neon system managed by Grosvenor casinos will be technically advanced. Currently, Grosvenor uses an HTML5 interface with the Microsoft Azure Cloud platform. Playtech will provide a complete software implementation as well as management facility to the platform.
