Situated just 10 minutes west of Albuquerque along Interstate 40 at Exit 140, Route 66 Casino Hotel is one of two gaming venues operated by the Pueblo of Laguna. The tribe is also responsible for the Dancing Eagle Casino in Casa Blanca, New Mexico.

This casino boasts an impressive array of gaming options with over 1,700 slot machines, including video poker, 26 table games, a designated poker room featuring 10 tables, and a bingo hall with a seating capacity of 500.
