Situated near Mettler, California, on Tejon Tribal land adjacent to California Highway 99 and State Route 166, Hard Rock Casino Tejon made its debut on November 13, 2025. The expansive complex covers 700,000 square feet, with 150,000 square feet dedicated to gaming. Guests can enjoy 2,500 popular slot machines, 48 table games, and video poker at this venue.
Upon completion, the facility will boast multiple dining options, a 400-room hotel, a resort-style pool, meeting and event spaces, a fully equipped Rock Spa & Salon, the Body Rock Fitness Center, and a 2,800-seat Hard Rock Live entertainment venue.
Hard Rock International and the Tejon Indian Tribe initiated a ceremonial groundbreaking for the upcoming hotel and casino in Kern County. The official groundbreaking took place in late February 2024 in a small town located 20 miles south of Bakersfield and 80 miles north of Los Angeles.
The final phase of construction, which includes the completion of the entire hotel and casino, is projected to conclude within 20 months.
