Monkey King Slot Review

Monkey King is a brand new online slot game that has just come out, created by the development team at Yggdrasil. It is jam packed with countless features that make this looks like a fantastic slot on paper, but is it? We decided to give it a go and review the title properly so we can tell you how good, or bad it is.

Monkey King Theme and Graphics

The theme of Monkey King may not seem immediately apparent. Obviously the name tells us it’s going to have something to do with a Monkey, but what exactly? Well, the game actually has a Chinese mythological theme, focusing on the mythological figure known as Sun Wukong, the Monkey King.

As for the visuals, Yggdrasil has done a fantastic job bringing this slot game to like. The background is a Chinese temple and the reels are filled with symbols of crows, goblets, scrolls, shields and potions, all drawn with a Chinese look and feel. The Monkey King also makes several appearances during gameplay and is smoothly animated and looks great.
