The Broncos Nab the Super Bowl Spot

The Broncos seized a huge victory against the New England Patriots this past Sunday at Mile High, Colorado, earning them the AFC (Asian Football Confederation) Championship spot in Super Bowl 50. Tom Brady of the New Patriots tried to make a comeback in the final quarter of the match, but the Broncos were too defensive and managed to hold tight and end the match with 20-18.

Broncos quarterback, Peyton Manning who has the possibility to win his second Super Bowl title, scored two touchdowns and completed 17 of his 32 passing attempts. 38-year-old Patriots quarterback Brady, completed 27 of 56 passing attempts and scored one touchdown and had two interceptions.

Star Studded Support Goes to Social Media

39-year-old Manning was very excited about the Broncos big win against the Patriots. Big stars including Empire actress Vivica A. Fox and former NBA player Magic Johnson tweeted to congratulate the Broncos and Manning for a magnificent play.

Von Miller became a superman for the Denver Broncos when they needed to win the most. This was the biggest game of his career and he gave his best performance. Together with his team-mates, they have dominated the Patriots in the third-quarter, hitting Brady 20 times with eight more hits than they had in their previous matches.

Super Bowl 50 will air on CBS, Sunday, 7th February at 6:30 pm EST.
