Following an amendment of its business expansion strategy, Praesepe has confirmed the sale of The Crystal Rooms to award winning Hippodrome Casino London with an undisclosed amount.
Praesepe CEO Nick Harding explained the shift in their business focus by saying; The Crystal Rooms is one of seventy one AGCs that they operate under the Casino brand in London. Following a strategic review of Praesepe trading business, they believe that the business will still remain on top of the game in London and they are looking forward to employing about 1 600 new staff nationally.
Harding added that he is pleased that they have completed the deal with The Hippodrome Casino CEO, Simon Thomas. He hasn’t only made The Hippodrome Casino into the busiest and biggest casino in the UK, but he has also paved its rank as a key foundation of being one of the most popular entertainment venues in West End and London.
The Hippodrome Casino CEO, Simon Thomas, expressed his thoughts by saying this is an important opportunity for the Hippodrome business. It will help extend their current gaming offers and also showcase a different range of live entertainment facilities within the venue. “We have ambitious new plans for the space in the months ahead, so watch this space” – he added.
