BetVictor Ltd Appoints New Executives And Internal Promotion

Gambling operator BetVictor Ltd has announced on Thursday that it has appointed five senior executives and awarded one internal promotion. The recent changes in the company come as part of Mr. Andreas Meinrad’s plans for revitalization the company.

German Knopp has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and will be joining the company from a provider of commercial search and lead generation European Directories. Creative Director at Paddy Power, Shane Stafford, will join as the new operator of Head of Brand and Creative.

Emma Tompkins who had recently worked at 888, bwin.party and South African casino group Sun International Group, has already started her duties as Head of Casino and Poker operations at BetVictor.

Kris Marshall, who had previously worked for Gala Coral Group as Head of Customer Analytics and Business Intelligence, has been appointed as Head of Business Intelligence and Analytics. Mr. Marshall has also taken similar roles at Bodog, 32Red, as well as PartyGaming.

Nyna Solanki has been appointed as Head of Legal and she has harvested commercial experience throughout her public practice in the insurance sector.

What’s on the Internal Cards

Ms Solanki, Mr. Marshall and Ms. Tompkins have already started their duties at BetVictor. With regards to the internal promotion, the company announced yesterday that Sarah Wood has been promoted to Head of Compliance. Former Business Compliance Manager at BetVictor, Ms Wood, will oversee the company’s regulatory, compliance and responsible gaming matters in her new post.

Commenting on the recent changes, BetVictor CEO Mr. Meinrad, said in a statement that they are very happy with the quality of the new appointments as they bring necessary skills to the company. He also pointed out that the new appointments represent a great start of 2016.
