NEWS: The redevelopment initiative for the Hampton Beach Casino site envisions a dynamic mixed-use destination on Ocean Boulevard, integrating hospitality, gaming, and upscale residential options. This extensive project, spanning the entire block between F and D Streets, is set to include a 208-room hotel, 99 oceanfront condominiums, and around 38,500 square feet dedicated to dining and retail, all designed to enhance the beachfront appeal.

Central to this development is a charitable gaming casino, covering 52,000 square feet, which will broaden gaming options in accordance with New Hampshire’s charitable gaming framework. Complementing the casino will be a 3,500-seat entertainment venue suitable for major concerts and events, along with a parking garage offering 732 spaces for visitors.

Pending approval, construction could potentially commence as early as 2026.

Aces and Eights casino, positioned directly opposite the ocean at Hampton Beach Casino in New Hampshire, has been welcoming guests since its opening in 2014. This charitable gaming venue is situated within the Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom on the Boardwalk, a site that has been a hub of entertainment and shopping since 1899. Following a renovation completed in April 2025, the 14,000-square-foot casino now offers 92 HHR (historical horse racing) machines, as well as live dealer table games and poker. Patrons can indulge in games such as Blackjack, Roulette, and regional favourites like Boston 7 and New Hampshire Hold Em, while also enjoying bar-style snacks and beverages.

Beyond the casino, a variety of attractions abound. Numerous shops and eateries are within walking distance, with arcades for the young and gaming for the adults nearby. The property also houses a water park and the Casino Ballroom, which hosts performances by national acts.
